We are currently recruiting a HR Assistant who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group.

Partnering directly with employees, team leads and the wider HR team, your focus will be on the administration of the full employee lifecycle and payroll processing.

What you will do

  • First point of contact for any HR related queries and issues
  • Supporting the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks
  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
  • Processing payroll for UK employees alongside a thirdparty provider
What should you bring

  • Previous experience or education in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
