Duties and responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
- Purchaseand distribute assets to specificationusing the correct process.
- Completequality inspection of delivered goods and document accordingly.
- Supervisethe collection, delivery and transportation of assets.
- Arrangefor all assets to be serviced correctly according to the servicing planner.
- For alldeliveries, promptly receipt and store goods, ensuring that the stores aretidy, organised and well maintained.
- Organisethe picking, packaging, and logistics of assets so that they are available atthe required time.
- Organisecabin and container hire for sites, ensuring timely delivery and return.
- Calibrateall equipment within specified timeframes and ensure calibration schedulemaintained.
- Arrangerepairs and maintenance of plant and equipment and maintain booking in/outprocedure.
- Arrangedeliveries/transfer of plant and equipment between staff/sites and updaterecords.
- Assiststores team where required
- Operatefork lift loading and unloading goods in and out of the stores.
- PAT testall electrical equipment used within the Company.
- Overseethe oil sampling procedure, including sending samples for testing and updatingreports/QUIDS.
- EnsurePUWER and LOLER register is maintained and updated in a timely manner.
- Provideadministrative support for Instrumentation and workshop areas, including creationof labelling and purchasing all required material and equipment.
- Providesupport with subassemblies for control panels, as required and supportapprentice training in the area.
- CompleteSafety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) administration tasks for theInstrumentation and workshop areas such as Risk Assessment Method Statements(RAMS) in collaboration with SHEQ team.
- Supportannual stock take, with particular responsibility for Instrumentation andworkshop areas.
- Ensurepurchasing process is followed at all times.
- Ensure alltools, equipment and materials are prearranged and inspected prior to arrivalto site.
- Ensure alltools, equipment and material are kept in good working order and any defectsrectified in a timely manner.
- Build and maintainrelationships with colleagues, our clients and supply chain partners.
- Proactivelyidentify any health and safety issues and remedy in a timely manner.
- Proactivelysuggest improvements and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as appropriate.
- Identifyany potential issues/delays and escalate as appropriate.
- Provideproactive support and guidance to all parties on compliance with statutoryrequirements and Company standards.
- Maintain aprofessional image to clients and colleagues.
- Complywith all Company policies, procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Embraceand demonstrate the Companys 5 Principles of: Priority No. 1 Safety,Professionalism, Pride, Partnership and Proactive.
- Contribute to the futuresuccess of Powersystems and clients

Hereswhat you need to be successful in the role:
- Minimum of2-3 years relevant experience in Stores environment.
- Able tofollow business processes whilst managing multiple time pressured tasks.
- Able towork effectively and in an organised manner whilst under pressure.
- Able toplanahead and prioritise workload.
- Must beavailable to travel on work related business locally.
- Open tochange, resilient and proactive with a can do attitude.
