ROLE:
Call Centre Advisor - Sales
PAY RATE:£11.30 per hour plus commission

JOB TYPE:

Temporary (4.5 Months)
LOCATION:Belfast (Hybrid)
HOURS:Monday to Friday Days (37 hours per week)
THE ROLE

Handling inbound and making outbound calls to existing commercial customers
Closing sales and retaining existing business customers
Creating proposals for NI / ROI customers
Negotiating commercial terms and agreeing contracts
Completion of all backoffice procedures to ensure sales/retention's are correctly processed.
To meet the required KPI targets including sales, retention's, and compliance

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Experience in inbound and outbound calling in a sales team environment.
Experience in pricing proposal completion, in line with customer requirements and corporate policies
The ability to work to targets in a fastpaced environment.
A working knowledge of compliance in a call centre environment is desirable but not essential.
