Teaching Assistant Required to Work in Littlehampton Primary School.


If you are passionate about supporting children with complex additional needs, and have experience with children/adults with challenging and complex SEND/SEMH this opportunity could be ideal for you.

In addition, if you have experience as a Youth Worker or Behaviour Mentor and you are interested in education, please do apply


You will:

  • Have experience working with children with complex emotional needs
  • Be extremely confident managing behaviour
  • Be able to demonstrate your ability to build professional relationships with children
  • Be able to support complex SEMH needs
  • Have an understanding of Autism
  • Have a fun but firm presence


You will be working one-on-one with a Year 5 child that has Autism, supporting them in their day-to-day activities, encouraging their education and setting good examples of behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
