I am currently recruiting for my client who are based St Asaph. They are recruiting for a group purchase ledger assistant to join the finance team on a permanent basis. Offering a generous salary, hybrid work and good benefits this could be a great opportunityfor someone with previous experience or even someone who is keen to develop a long term career in finance
Main Duties

  • Process purchase invoices for the different entities across the Group
  • Ensure invoices are authorised for payment
  • Deal with supplier related finance queries internally and externally
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Provide payment profiles to Group Treasury
  • Set up new supplier accounts
  • Review and approve employee expenses
  • Assist the wider Finance Team with any adhoc queries
Skills / Desirable Experience

  • SAP experience desirable
  • Previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good punctuality and attendance
  • Must be adaptable, conscientious and enthusiastic
  • Professional and friendly attitude to customers and staff
  • Computer literate with excellent excel knowledge
  • Construction industry experience preferable but not
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise

Salary - £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
