About the Job We have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic company in the heart of the City to deliver professional administrative support to their Partners, Solicitors, and other staff across the Legal Department.

This role will closely support two Legal Partners and the wider legal team.


Responsibilities

  • Diary Management for the team and meeting room bookings.
  • Preparing Letters of Engagement and draft letters for approval
  • Filing and distributing post.
  • Will sewing.
  • Formatting documents through PDF, Kofax and Adobe sign
  • Updating information on a CRM.
  • Preparing bills.
  • Arranging client meetings/refreshments/rooms etc.
  • Scanning of post and other documents.
  • General team and administration support.

About you:


  • You will have worked in a law firm or an accounting services business as an Executive or Team Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • You will have advanced level knowledge of MS Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • You will have strong typing skills and you should be familiar with typing and formatting reports including tables and spreadsheets.
  • You should have knowledge of will sewing.
  • You should have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills and an ability to multitask
