Senior Care Assistant Days - Barnsley, United Kingdom - Crown Care Group / Highgrove Residential Home
Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to elderly and disabled residents including the safe administration of medications
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor the health and wellbeing of clients.
- Keep accurate records of care plans and progress notes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Provide emotional support to clients and their families.
- Ensure that the environment is safe and secure for clients.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: per week
Salary:
£11.90 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stairfoot Barnsley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- senior care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
