Secondary Teaching Assistant (SEND)

Daily rate:
£75 - £85 per day

Do you want to work directly with SEND?


DegreeSix are a SEND specialist agency that are working with multiple SEND and Mainstream Secondary Schools in Leicestershire who are currently seeking SEND TA's to join them ASAP.


In this position you will be required to work with children who have statements of SEMH, SEND, ASD & Behaviour Difficulties.

The working day will require you to work either 1:1 or in small groups throughout the day. You will be supporting the pupils with their curriculum work and their day to day activities.


The children in these schools have a variety of special needs and these positions are to work directly with Secondary aged pupils.


The school will start at 08:30am and finish between 15:30pm to 16:00pm Monday to Friday on a long term or part time basis.

What you will need to be successful.

  • DBS (online) or be willing to obtain one
  • 2 check able references
  • Driving is preferred
  • Complete the compliance procedure

Job Types:
