Repairs Customer Coordination - Brent

£17.27 per hour

Contract - Full Time


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Relevant experience of working in a housing discipline and dealing with responsive repairs or similar
  • Finds creative ways of delivering results which go beyond what is expected wherever possible.
  • Problem solving and decision making ability to deal with potentially complex situations within a busy workload, mitigate risks to customer and organisation, and achieve positive outcomes
  • Flexible approach with the ability to respond effectively to changing circumstances.
  • Evidence of continuing personal development
  • Experience in busy customer service environment
  • Experience in dealing with all levels of customer in sometimes difficult circumstances.
  • Working knowledge of Northgate or other computerised housing package.
  • IT literate with ability to use Microsoft Office Applications.
