Repairs Customer Coordination - Brent£17.27 per hour
Contract - Full Time
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Relevant experience of working in a housing discipline and dealing with responsive repairs or similar
- Finds creative ways of delivering results which go beyond what is expected wherever possible.
- Problem solving and decision making ability to deal with potentially complex situations within a busy workload, mitigate risks to customer and organisation, and achieve positive outcomes
- Flexible approach with the ability to respond effectively to changing circumstances.
- Evidence of continuing personal development
- Experience in busy customer service environment
- Experience in dealing with all levels of customer in sometimes difficult circumstances.
- Working knowledge of Northgate or other computerised housing package.
- IT literate with ability to use Microsoft Office Applications.
