Job Description:


As a Customer Service Representative you will be the front line of our customer support team, ensuring that our customers receive the best service and assistance.

You will play a crucial role in doing sales, addressing concerns, and building strong relationships with our valued customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer support strategies.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling based on customer needs.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Salary:
£400.00-£600.00 per week


Supplemental pay types:
