Reed Procurement are Partnered with one of the most well recognised brands in South Wales, who have an opening for a Procurement Compliance & Operations Manager.

Role Overview:

You will be leading a small team of 2-3 colleagues and will be working cross functionally with multiple Procurement departments to ensure Procurement governance controls are monitored, and compliance is reported.

Taking the lead on projects such as due diligenceprocesses, credit and compliance monitoring, with the overall aim of ensuring Procurement risks are efficiently monitored.

Duties:

Monitor compliance with the local procurement procedures to identify, report and resolve non compliance.
Responsible for the due diligence process, issuing due diligence to suppliers, managing supplier responses and qualitychecking due diligence.
Responsibility for the creation of new suppliers within our Finance system.
Monitoring highrisk suppliers and contracts
Supporting Group Head of Procurement with monthly reporting on supplier risks for various Working Groups and Committees.
Continuous review and improvement of supply chain risk, to identify areas of improvement to drive efficacies and protection.
