Based at MPAAS Head Office, Unit 2, Nassau Business Park, Haydock, WA11 9FW
Who are MPAAS?
MPAAS are an accredited Meter Operator and Meter Asset Manager which means that not only do we own the smart meter asset, but we can fit the smart meter on behalf of your energy supplier.
This makes us the face of the energy supplier; the ones who visit your home or business and our qualified Dual Fuel Meter Installers undertake the installation.
In addition to this we also undertake revenue protection work for our energy suppliers. That's why we pride ourselves in delivering first class customer service to all of our consumers.From the point of booking through to installation our personalised consumer journey keeps everyone informed every step of the way.
Summary of the role
As an Office Debt Administrator, you will facilitate effective collaboration between several departments to ensure processes are followed and run smoothly.
Your overarching key responsibilities
- Day to day client, staff and customer interaction.
- Completing vital warrant checking process to allow to field to deliver on accurate warrants.
- Liaison with Locksmiths to ensure delivery of planned jobs go ahead.
- Communicate with all departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Working closely with the Debt Scheduling team.
- Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes.
- Keeping real time spreadsheets updated and accurate.
- Dealing with daytoday general office duties as they come in.
Where you will fit in the Company
This is a Debt back-office role that will operate across several departments according to business needs, you will report to the Debt Team Leader.

- Good administrative skills
- Ability to stay on top of spreadsheets with the use of Excel
- Understanding of reporting
- Ability to contact clients and customers (if required)
- Good time management skills
- Excellent teamworking skills
Other personal attributes that we would like you to have
- Communication skills
- IT literate
- Experience working in an office environment
Working Hours
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Please be aware, this role will require you to be office based full time.
You will be required to work the following shift patterns:
- 08:00 16:00
- 10:00 18:00
- 12:00 20:00
The Salary & Terms applicable for this role

Basic Salary: £23,500
-
Bonus:Company performance related bonus of up to 10%
-
Holidays: 23 days + bank holidays
- Plus 1 extra day per year worked for MPAAS, up to a maximum of 25
Holiday Buy & Sell Scheme: You will have the opportunity to purchase up to 5 extra days holiday per year, or sell any unused holidays back to the business.

Pension: Standard Pension of 5% employee, 3% employer.
