About the role


You will work with teams across our organisation to help develop engaging, accessible and user-centred content for our digital platforms.

You will be a key driver in ensuring our digital platforms deliver a first-class customer experience. You will be reviewing and translating professional knowledge and legislation into customer-friendly web content. There will be elements of supporting and running projects, as we continuously strive to improve our digital customer journeys.

About you

  • Experience in writing strong and creative promotional copy for digital channels with the use of Plain English.
  • Handson experience in the daytoday maintenance and development of websites with a sound knowledge of web accessibility and experience in using a content management system.
  • An understanding of UX design and how to provide excellent digital customer journeys.
  • An awareness of best practice and current legislative requirements regarding internet technology (for example, accessibility) and government standards
  • Experience in running creative campaigns from initiation through to evaluation on social media.
  • Handson experience in using editing software to edit social media content (images and video).
  • Handson experience with social media channels, using social media management tools and working on a content calendar for social media.
  • Experience capturing and curating content for a variety of platforms and purposes.
  • Experience managing digital projects or initiatives.
