About the role
You will work with teams across our organisation to help develop engaging, accessible and user-centred content for our digital platforms.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a team where you can develop and learn new skills.
About you
- Experience in writing strong and creative promotional copy for digital channels with the use of Plain English.
- Handson experience in the daytoday maintenance and development of websites with a sound knowledge of web accessibility and experience in using a content management system.
- An understanding of UX design and how to provide excellent digital customer journeys.
- An awareness of best practice and current legislative requirements regarding internet technology (for example, accessibility) and government standards
- Experience in running creative campaigns from initiation through to evaluation on social media.
- Handson experience in using editing software to edit social media content (images and video).
- Handson experience with social media channels, using social media management tools and working on a content calendar for social media.
- Experience capturing and curating content for a variety of platforms and purposes.
- Experience managing digital projects or initiatives.
