Description
We are looking for a reliable, responsible and ambitious Security and Mobile Patrol officer to join our team.

You will have to ensure that everything is running well, reports are completed on time and that open communication channels exist at all times.

You will also be patrolling across the
West End and the
City of London. The start and the end of your day will be in
High Barnet.


Successful applicants must have mobile patrol experience; supervisory experience and hold a current SIA license and a clean driving license.

This opportunity will provide a stimulating environment for you to work in and you will have the opportunity to be part of a great security and management team

  • Thoroughly communicating and updating account managers on officer's performance, highlighting any issues and suggesting ways for improvement
  • Complete KPI's for the mobile patrol team and ensuring that all checks are taking place according to plan.
  • Conducting night patrols of various sites across central London and the west end (7.00 pm to 7.00 am)
  • Conducting locks and unlocks of buildings
  • Being responsible and liable for site keys
  • Visiting sites in order to conduct welfare checks on night officers
  • Report writing, to include filing out a daily occurrence book and producing comprehensive and accurate incident reports
  • Using an iPad to complete reports
  • Following any other procedures as set by the operations/accounts managers

Successful Applicants will:

  • Have a successful track record of managing and developing employees
  • Necessarily have mobile patrol experience
  • Have a great understanding of the security industry and the importance of client care and customer service
  • Have a valid SIA licence and the right to work in the UK
  • Have a full clean UK driving licence
  • Be computer illiterate
  • Have at least 1 years of mobile patrol experience
  • Experience as a security guard is desirable but not essential
  • Take the initiative to make decisions independently
  • Be trustworthy, reliable and flexible
  • Have a fully screenable 5year history

Please note that this is a full time position.


Salary:
£11.05-£12.25 per hour
