As a successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you can expect:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Receive the very best in training, working alongside experienced and successful Consultants
  • Strategically target C-Suite prospects
  • Move through to a client management role and then onto a full 360 executive recruitment position
  • Add to the atmosphere of a slick, fastpaced and dynamic office
The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will demonstrate the following:

  • A recent 2:1 or above degree from a top University
  • A portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc)
  • An entrepreneurial and highly professional approach
  • First class communication and presentation skills
  • High degrees of motivation, drive, commitment, and commercial awareness
  • High expectations and a strong desire to win
  • Spontaneous gogetter with gravitas and a strong social game
  • A big personality with a passion for sport
