We are currently seeking a Weighbridge Operator / Administrator based on the outskirts of Penzance on a temp to perm basis for a start ASAP.


Ideally we are seeking a Weighbridge Administrator / Operator however if you are from a strong Admin / Office background we are still interested in hearing from you.

Your key duties will include receiving and checking all goods inwards.

  • Weighing the lorries in and out of the quarry
  • Taking customers orders
  • Booking lorries
  • Producing delivery notes and then checking outgoing vehicles confirming all products are loaded and correct
  • Recording weights, accurately completing appropriate documentation, submitting data to computer systems
  • Answering the telephone dealing with queries
  • Dealing with customers
£11 per hour / 40 hrs a week + over time pay (time and a half)

There is lots of overtime available to top up your pay

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday
