Job summary:
Working in the Operational Delivery Team supporting the delivery of the Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF), the Head of Project and Programme Management will play a critical role.
You will be joining our small team, which is committed to making positive change in how we support delivery effectively and efficiently.

Working with key internal and external stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to help ensure efficient, consistent and effective operational delivery support service.
The role will support the delivery of key strategic projects through HIF that are important in creating the conditions for large-scale housing being provided in much needed areas of the country.
Person specification:
Our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders on HIF and so, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.
You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a delivery support team.
You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
As an experienced operational delivery professional, you'll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
