Casual Housekeeping Assistant

We are a 4* privately owned Hotel on the outskirts of Swindon with 108 bedrooms, 3 Bars, 2 Restaurants, extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities, Leisure Club & Secrets Beauty/Spa.

We are a busy venue with corporate delegates, leisure guests, celebrations events, Christmas Parties and much more. We are currently looking for a Casual Housekeeping Assistant to join our team.

You must be of smart appearance, polite, friendly and hardworking. You must enjoy cleaning and working as part of a team.

Duties will include:

Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas
Stripping down and remaking beds
Hoovering, dusting
Replenishing items in rooms
Report any maintenance issues to Manager

You will need to be able to work mainly at weekends as required but also flexible to cover staff holidays mainly during the Summer.

The Hours of work would usually be 8am - 2.30pm/3pm.

The successful applicant for this role will need to enjoy cleaning to a high standard, have a positive 'can do' attitude, good communicator, friendly, approachable and hardworking.

Previous Hotel experience is preferred for this role.
