Key Responsibilities and Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

Greeting and assisting customers professionally to drive sales and promote premium products
Collaborating with the in-store team to align with the company's vision and maximize profitability
Maintaining a commercial mindset, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring smooth store operations
Supporting various tasks to promote the brand and enhance the shopping experience

About You:

As a Supervisor, full training and continuous support will be provided to help you excel in your role. You should be reliable, motivated, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Your focus on adding value and seizing commercial opportunities is key.
