About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a Campus Support Assistant to join the award winning Facilitates Management Department at Edge Hill University.

As Campus Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to deliver, as part of a wider team, all aspects of safety and security, alongside supporting the wellbeing of our students.

You will play a key part in delivering an excellent experience and will understand the importance of being positive and engaging whilst proactively working to find solutions to issues you come across.

This is an exciting and challenging position which offers you every opportunity to develop, grow and learn new skills.

About You


As Campus Support Assistant, you will have experience working in a customer focused role, ideally within a team providing FM related services or similar.

You will also have experience of incident management, neighborhood management or student related services.

You will also demonstrate a flexible, can-do attitude and be able to relate well to our staff and students in what can be challenging and difficult situations.


You are to have the ability to demonstrate a positive, proactive and flexible approach in delivering a consistently high-quality customer-focused service to all stakeholders, with excellent communication skills.

You will adopt professional behaviours, attitudes, and body language always, setting an example for others and actively contributing to the development and delivery of a positive culture to safeguard the wellbeing of Edge Hills community members.
