Responsibilities and Duties
Financial Support
- Processing of Purchase Expense Requisitions
- Creation and Issue of Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Processing of Supplier Invoices (Delivery Note | Purchase Order Verification)
- Processing of Supplier Statements
- Negotiation, procurement & purchasing
- Creation of Supplier Payments ready for approval
- Compliance with Treasury Reporting (Weekly)
- Bank Reconciliation (GBP | USD)
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Fixed Asset Maintenance
- Addition of new suppliers to Avetta and issue associated paperwork
- Collation and registration of Purchase Orders | Contracts Received
- GMS Project Initiation
- Support to Digital Products Business Unit
- Support in the preparation of Sales Invoices
- Support in the preparation of Management Accounts Preparation
- Support with Year End Planning | Annual Audit
- Support with Budget Preparation
- Support with ISO 9001 Activities related to Finance
- Support with Business Subscriptions | Client Requests
- Reception & Visitor duties
- Secretarial and administration support
- Mail / deliveries
- Company meetings coordination / diary management
- Lunch & Refreshment Management
- Facilities Support | Building Security
- Travel Support (Flights & associated trave requirements)
- Management of Preventive Planned Maintenance (Contractors)
- Collaboration Hardware | Software Point of Contact
- Local "IT Support" Point of Contact
- Support with ISO 9001 Activities related to Facilities | Office Support
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to plan and balance workload effectively
- Demonstrated team working capabilities and confidence in work autonomously
- Ability to work independently on own initiative and to contribute as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to be flexible
- Confident and outgoing

Salary
- £31,200 per annum (£15.00 per hour)
- Standard ERM Benefits (Pension, Healthcare etc)
- 40 Hours Per Week (Monday Friday)
