Join our team as a Telecoms Supervisor and play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional switchboard service within our hospital premises.
Your responsibilities will include providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure that all switchboard duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete accurate records for company systems including, sickness procedures, quality monitoring, training and staff performance monitoring
- Liaise with operative staff under your control by way of discussions and regular team meetings
- Effective supervision, training, motivation, discipline, safety, and general welfare of staff under your control
- Organise and allocate staff under your control to carry out the service delivery in line with work schedules, quality standards and in line with the specification including the updating of directories and records
- Input and despatch helpdesk requests in line with quality and time specifications
- Order, control, monitor and issue relevant uniform, equipment, materials and other goods required by the staff under your control to carry out their duties effectively
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Previous Helpdesk, Switchboard and/or Reception experience is essential
- Previous Supervisory experience is not required
