The Reserved brand is the apple of LPP's eye and by far the most successful clothing brand started in Poland. The business operates across Europe and Asia including Germany, Lithuania, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, UAE, Qatar and Egypt.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE TO DRIVE STORE SALES AND KPIs BY:

  • Continually leading by example so that sales assistants have a clear example of the model employee.
  • Following store and company procedures to make sure their store hits or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
  • Continually giving feedback to line managers and sales assistants.

ACCOUNTABILTIES

  • Must have knowledge of store and department's sales targets, KPIs and results.
  • Be able to come up with ideas in order to improve both KPI and sales results within the store.
  • Has a broad knowledge of the company and the brand is able to confidently share this knowledge to fellow colleagues and customers.
  • Offers customers the ultimate customer experience when shopping in store.
  • Is a brand representative and is able to instil the same skill set and passion to team members.
  • Trains and guides sales assistant on achieving the skills and accountabilities on their job descriptions.
  • Supports the department manager in running the department ensuring the organisation of staff is correct throughout the day and staff are zoned and working the correct shifts.
  • Minimizes loss across department and store.
  • Supports with deliveries and the merchandising of stock.
  • Performs store operation tasks in a safe and productive manner.
  • Uses the till point system confidently, including putting through and refunding transactions.
  • Effectively deals with complex customer enquiries and/or issues.
  • Follows visual merchandising rules and instructions and is also able to execute visual moves, if support is needed.
  • Works well as part of a team, supporting fellow team members to succeed in their roles and tasks.
  • Works independently, using initiative.
  • Is willing to learn new things and is keen to learn both independently and as a team in order to increase their growth within the company.
  • Drives the recruitment, induction, training and development module for their team.
  • Ensures all HR policies and procedures are followed fully by all team members, including store mentors.
  • Partners with Department Managers, senior store management and Store Administrator on all store issues and tracks all HR information in store at all times.
  • Works closely with the entire management team and Store Administrator to identify both strong and weak performers in the team, enabling growth in the company and ensuring underperforming team members are effectively managed.
  • Supports Department Managers to develop a team with high achieving sales standards, where clear, SMART goals are set daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc., that are consistently reviewed to drive productivity and profitability.
  • Supports Department Managers, senior management team and Stockroom Department Manager to manage loss prevention in the store.
  • Works closely with security team in store to help identify risks, ensuring all loss preventions procedures are fully investigated and any issues or concerns are brought to senior management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Is able to buddy the team up so each team member is able to learn from the other.
  • Welcomes change and can easily adapt to new environments.
  • Can continually support the team to achieve targets by actively helping both front of house and back of house teams.
  • Uses previous retail experience to make sure that all shop needs are addressed and dealt with productively.
  • Is able to work in a productive, structured and detailed manner and makes sure that their team works to the same standard.
  • Communicates in a clear and concise manner.
  • Can support, guide and develop team members during their personal development and growth within the LPP business.
  • Must have knowledge of company rules and procedures in order to lead by example.
  • Able to host team brief meetings, giving constructive feedback on the performance of the store and the team, and ensuring to keep the team engaged and inspired to hit the set KPIs and sales targets.
  • Ability to provide weekly feedback to department manager on the weekly commercial performance of their department.
  • Understands and follows rules on housekeeping standards and reports/fixes any issues in hand.
  • Is able to adapt their speaking tone to fit their audience's needs.
  • Is able to deal with emergency situations calmly and product
