Trainee Accounts Assistant

Position Details:

Day shift09:00 17:00 Monday to Thursday

09:00 - 13:30 Friday

Fulltime, 36.5 hours basic per week

Skills/Experience:

No experience required. Full training will be provided

Duties Include:

Dealing with general enquiries and telephone calls to the Accounts Department
Processing and paying invoices
Preparing invoices
Raising purchase orders
Processing staff expenses
Recording receipts and payments
Basic bookkeeping
Provide support to accounts manager
