37 hours per week (1FTE) 52 weeks per year

We are recruiting for a full-time ESOL lecturer to deliver outstanding teaching and learning to our ESOL cohorts across our Brighton Campuses.

You will work collaboratively and innovatively with managers and colleagues to design, develop, manage, and review programmes in the curriculum area and will ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way, in line with the concept of inclusive learning.

Selected essential criteria requirements.

CELTA, TESOL certificate
Level 2 literacy and numeracy
Teaching and assessing of ESOL learners
Curriculum delivery and associated administration
Managing diverse groups of students
An understanding of safeguarding vulnerable groups

We offer day and evening classes; therefore, the working pattern can be varied. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. We are happy to consider job-shares for this role.
