Description
We're looking for a Site Administrator to join our Build Team based in Lancaster.


Location:
Based on site at our HMP Lancaster Farms Project


Contract:
Full Time, Fixed Term for 2 years - flexible working hours considered


What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Site Team, supporting them with onsite administrative tasks to help the smooth running of the project

Your day to day will include:

  • Reception duties
  • Ordering supplies and hiring equipment as requested
  • Requesting purchase orders, goods receipting (via Oracle), Invoice problem solving and processing & allocating company credit card payments
  • Managing Access Control Software as well as scanning documents for archiving
  • Updating Site Information Boards

What are we looking for?
This role of Site Administrator is great for you if have:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction sector
  • Expert use of office, PowerPoint and excel
  • Ability to travel to site daily
