Salary:
(depending on experience) Pay award pending

Qualified Range (NJC 13-14 inc NVQ allowance) £28,062 - £28,523

Unqualified range(NJC 9-12 exc NVQ allowance) £25,808 - £27,110

Full Time - 42 hours - Permanent, Fixed Term Contract & Bank Hours available

You will join a thriving Residential Care Team that delivers exceptional outcomes for speech and language impaired children and young people at this Ofsted "Outstanding" rated Special School years) and College years).

Responsible for providing the highest levels of care and support for our students as outlined in their Education and Healthcare Plans.

You will be an appointed key-worker providing a safe and secure environment for all the students in our care, both individually and as part of a team with the overall objective of supporting students to achieve and maximise their potential.

If you are child centred, qualified and suitably experienced with a friendly and flexible approach and a commitment to develop your skills in a supportive environment then we would welcome your interest in these roles.

A relevant NVQ level 3 qualification is desirable - plus a commitment to undertake role specific training as required.
