Permanent - £24,000 per annum

Can you provide excellent customer service?

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Booking Coordinator to join the team of our client, a well-established plumbing firm in Ramsgate.

This is a permanent position, offering an annual salary of £24,000. The working days and hours are Monday to Friday,8am-5pm.

As a Booking Coordinator, you will

Provide excellent customer service to customers when they phone in
Take details from customers about the issues they have and work out the best course of action
Log information onto a database and update spreadsheets
Book engineers and builders to visit site and liaise with various departments

You will possess the following experience and skills

Strong data entry experience
Confident telephone manner and have customerfacing experience
Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of diary management
Be able to work in a fastpaced environment
