Specialising in consultation, engineering, technology, and transformational services, our client is able to expand their clientsopportunities in cloud, digital, and their platforms.

Our client operates in the public sector, lending a hand in industries such as Healthcare, Hospitality and Travel, Aerospace and Defence, and many more; as such, eligibility for SC Clearance is required for this great opportunity.

What is our client looking for?

Our client is looking for passionate and energetic Platform/DevOps Engineers to work as part of an agile team, helping their clients build and improve their digital services using the best of open source software.

In turn, a mixture of technical abilityand characteristics are sought:

Technology Experience:

Sound knowledge of GNU/Linux
Experience of building infrastructure in AWS using Terraform
Knowledge and experience of setting up and using configuration management tooling
Experience debugging complex, multiserver service in a high availability production environment

Ideal Characteristics:

An appetite for learning new technologies
Ability to converse with both internal and external stakeholders
Passion for getting stuckin with handson projects
Fast learner who loves a challenge

As a member of this team, you can expect to be:

Undertaking crossfunctional engineering projects
Working with great technology, based on user centric design, modern open source technology, continuous integration/delivery, and modern software architectures
Working primarily with the following technologies:
Linux
AWS
Docker/Kubernetes
Terraform
Python/Ruby/Go
