Description

The immediate tasks are to:

Review and improve the customer journey (including customer account management)
Build a new subscription club
Rework existing Tea Club
Create landing pages
Review and improve SEO

Required Skills:

Excellent WordPress and frontend experience
Expert in PHP and Javascript Webperf
Excellent understanding & experienced in mobile responsive and UX design principles
Must understand the nature, severity and impact of changes to existing code.
Passion for learning marketing integration tools such as Mailchimp, Facebook Pixel and data tools like Google Analytics.
Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable.
Proactive with good communication at all levels
Ability to edit videos (advantageous)

Ideally you will also have experience of managing Stripe, PayPal and other payment systems as well as dealing with customers' queries and generating reports about customer and product activity.

In addition to the skills set out above, the successful applicant must have

A clear understanding and proven delivery of good customer service
A strong work ethic and proven track record of being proactive
A positive and flexible approach
The ability to deal with customer enquiries on own initiative, responding to queries and complaints in a constructive and prompt manner
The ability to work independently and creatively, preempting and problemsolving issues as needed
Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
Able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Benefits:

Salary: £34,000 pa
Hours: 8am 5pm, Mon-Fri
Holiday entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays.

Now, we have a range of over 50 delicious, healthy and innovative blends that are available direct through our website, and in cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices and independent retailers all over the UK.
