JOB TITLE:
DEPLOYMENT HUB LOGISTICS SUPPORT


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provision of services support Delivery Hub delivery customer requirements effectively
  • Manage contract queries received contract inboxes and via PetrofacGO. Escalate Delivery Hub Co-Ordinator's as required.
  • Maintain data support Petrofac including but not limited to.
  • Core crew check ins (12 months in advance)
  • Core crew Hotel bookings (12 months in advance)
  • Medical bookings
  • HS Surveillance status
  • PPE order history
  • Update Putrefacient relevant company communications
  • Ordering PPE
  • Arrange accommodation, raising Purchase Orders through Oracle
  • Arrange travel and hotels through Omega travel booking portal (mínimal bookings)
  • Issue checkins via Petrofac Go
  • Maintain company systems ta high standard i.e., ATS, Adhoc and Absence portals, RDB etc
  • Responsible for OGUK and ERT Medical bookings and associated admin
  • Monitor and maintain the Health Surveillance Program
  • Maintain credit card logs as received within department specified deadline.
  • Working with the Commercial team maintain accurate client coding.
  • Submit monthly manhours reports The Advisor.
  • Meeting medevacs and escorting company medical provider(s) as required.
  • Support Delivery Hub with any required Administration tasks
  • Participate in Operations On call Team.
  • Proactively support Horizon Zerand Company Health and Safety initiatives The listing of main responsibilities and main duties is not necessarily exhaustive and may be changed at Management's discretion reflect the needs of the Company.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


  • Good secondary/tertiary education
  • Familiar with and understand the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies Skills:
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to organize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Selfmotivated, enthusiastic, and able to work as a team member and liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Awareness of project commercial and cost control issues
  • Ability liaises with internal teams, offshore personnel, and Client effectively.
  • Capable of working on own initiative and with mínimal supervision
  • Experience:
  • Operational experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Oracle experience would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint
