Start date:3rd April 2023 or earlier by agreement.


Hours: 36 per week, all year round

NJC Grade 8 (scale points £30,152 - £32,909

We are looking to appoint a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our People Team. Do you have the drive, passion and commitment to deliver outstanding support?

This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff at Consilium Academies. Our goal is to offer a helpful, friendly, and responsive payroll service.


You will liaise directly with Access Payroll, Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS) and the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) with all aspects of the Trusts monthly payroll and pension submissions.

You will build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth running of the monthly payroll.

You will be managing your own workload, working to the agreed service delivery deadlines.

The role will be responsible for reporting to senior trust figures as well as identifying and solving problems with a commitment to continually improving payroll policies and practices.
