Regional Training Coordinator (Use of Force)
Mitie Care & Custody are looking for an experienced Regional Training Coordinator (Use of Force) to
assist in the smooth running, operations of the training support team and training department within Care & Custody.
Salary: £28, hour week (Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch)
The Training Support team are an integral part of Learning and Development, proudly supporting Mitie Care & Custody to ensure new and existing colleagues are appropriately trained to fulfil their role and developed to their full potential.

As a role model, you must be inclusive, positive and engaging, advocating the principles of 'You are Mitie' in everything you do going the extra mile for your students.You need to provide first line support for all Use of Force training queries from the Training Team, learners, and management teams. You will be responsible for managing the scheduling of all Use of Force training courses, and assisting with other courses - DCO refreshers, OSO (ITCs) including venue booking, accommodation, travel, delegate invites and course confirmations. You will be required to work closely with the Use of Force Manager to provide accurate details that are available to ensure that the end-to-end process of all Use of Force training is professional, welcoming, and seamless.
You need to assist in sending new starter onboarding joining instructions and details when needed. You will need to raise purchase order requests in line with the purchasing policy and following up where appropriate.
You will be required to promote DCO apprenticeships to support the Mitie Group apprenticeship strategy.
You need to track apprenticeship activity and recording key MI ensuring that audit trail and history are completed and up to date including cancellation and evaluation data.
You will need a Minimum 2 years' experience in a people facing administration role, a minimum 1 years' experience in a fast paced ever changing environment working autonomously and remotely within a wider team.
