Description
An exciting administration support role to the virtual fracture clinic (VFC) leads. Involvement includes dealing with patients on the telephone to collect patient service satisfaction and outcome information.Devise, maintain and collate data from databases.
Additional supportive duties include but not exhaustive to organising meetings / conferences, formatting patient information sheets etc.
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service.
This includes; providing administrative support, arranging meetings, arranging patients appointments, coordinating information from patients, preparation of reports, minute taking, data entry, generation of daily work list for administration staff and regular routine audits.
The post holder is required to communicate and liaise with staff and members of partner organisations, produce work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with Health Board policies.
This is a key supporting role in the effective running of the virtual fracture clinic, which includes the management of resources as part of the core duties.
