Concept are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work for a leading IT services organisation starting January 2023 on an initial 12 month contractYou will be responsible for any day to day needs to keep the project organised and running smoothly
What will your day-to-day activities as a Project Coordinator involve?
- To liaise with all projects 'stakeholders' to ensure they are sufficiently informed and involved during all stages of the project, or ensure that the Project Manager is fully briefed and uptodate at all times
- Maintain schedule
- Engage with supply chain
- Monitor success of installations and collate sign off and reporting on progress
- Biweekly visit to customer premises
- Stock control
- Forecast demand on hardware
- Maintain stock reporting
- Liaise with staging function
- Upload of Master Data
- Attend daily conference calls with support from various project teams
- To oversee the work of all human resources within the project or work stream to ensure high levels of performance
- Managing scheduling of engineer sites and control all paperwork or work stream activities
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle
- Engineer sign off support
- End of shift reports / updates
- Adhoc admin / project requests as and when required
What are we looking for?
- Project management experience is desirable but not essential
- Some knowledge of IT hardware rollouts.
- Proficient when using excel / word and teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills and thorough attention to detail
Working Hours
- You will be working from home, working day shifts Monday
- Friday, pm
- Flexibility with working hours may be required at times
What's on offer?
You will be paid up to £220 Per day via an Umbrella company
This role has been assessed and deemed an inside IR35 role
The above rates are the umbrella company rates
