Notion Live Events is an experienced
event,
concert, and
festival organiser that was founded in 2021 and is proudly situated in
Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK). Notion Live Events, which operates in the North East of England, provides platforms for established and emerging talent while ensuring that audiences' experiences and expectations are always fulfilled.


In addition to executing a large number of live events each year, Notion Live Events also provides a
venue management service, in which we book, curate, and manage live event spaces to guarantee they are competitive and profitable.


In advance to events you will work alongside the event promoters to effectively communicate important information to all involved parties.

Alongside this you will work at events as a promoter representative (show rep).

You will be required to confidently run events, liaise with artists & touring parties, handle the box office and settle / close events.

Training and explanations will be offered.


Experience:


  • Experience isn't required but is welcomed.
  • Experience / interest in music equipment is welcomed.

Core responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Advancing events
  • Representing the promoter on site
  • Being hospitable and easy to spend time with
  • Reporting key event information back to promoters
  • Operating the box office or briefing staff
  • Handling venue settlements
  • Adapting to new environments
  • Problem solving

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£10.90 per hour
