Our growing company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Import & Export Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless movement of goods across borders, ensuring customer satisfaction and company growth.

Make a Difference:

Import & Export Expertise: Manage import and export processes, adhering to all customs regulations and documentation requirements.

Logistics Champion: Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Communication Hub: Communicate clearly and efficiently with international suppliers, clients, and internal departments to keep all parties informed of shipment status.

Accuracy Advocate: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.

Data & Analytics: Track and analyze import/export data to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.

Particpate in other relevent supply chain tasks

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 year of experience in import/export or a related field (logistics, customs brokerage).
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and procedures.
Proficient in import/export documentation and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Experience with import/export software (e.g., customs brokerage software) a plus.
