Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Fee Earner

Central Manchester

I am, currently representing a fantastic Legal 500 law firm who are on the market for experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earners or Solicitors to join a busy Clinical Negligence department.


The Clinical Negligence role will include:

  • Discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leaders.
  • Identifying cases which are ready for LOC, settlement and service within the team.
  • Management of a caseload in a proactive commercial manner.
  • Overseeing the documentation and correspondence produced by the team.

The skills and Experience Required:


  • Experience if handling a medical negligence caseload.
  • Excellent organisational and time management.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent client care.
