A Retailer Event Consultant is required for one of our clients based in Bedfordshire. This is a great opportunity for an Events graduate to get into an exciting and fulfilling career in events.The Retailer Events Consultant will be responsible for supportingthe Event Production team with a variety of responsibilities in order to make sure events, both small and large scale, are well organised, and go to plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with organising large and small scale events
- Administration including creating reports and organising multiple bookings
- Shipping and logistics support
- Sales order processing
- To book event staff and ensure all staff are briefed appropriately ahead of their event
- Customer service support
Essential Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Be able to work well on their own initiative and not be afraid to pick up the phone.
- This role requires a strong team player, who is an excellent communicator and has great decisionmaking skills.
