Description
A Retailer Event Consultant is required for one of our clients based in Bedfordshire. This is a great opportunity for an Events graduate to get into an exciting and fulfilling career in events.

The Retailer Events Consultant will be responsible for supportingthe Event Production team with a variety of responsibilities in order to make sure events, both small and large scale, are well organised, and go to plan.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supporting with organising large and small scale events
  • Administration including creating reports and organising multiple bookings
  • Shipping and logistics support
  • Sales order processing
  • To book event staff and ensure all staff are briefed appropriately ahead of their event
  • Customer service support

Essential Skills:


  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Be able to work well on their own initiative and not be afraid to pick up the phone.
  • This role requires a strong team player, who is an excellent communicator and has great decisionmaking skills.
  • High level customer service
