Small and friendly residential home in Stafford requires a senior care assistant to be part of a team looking to provide the best possible care for our residents.

Every resident at Brookside Care Home is provided with a personal care plan and introduced to a member of staff who will befriend them and their family, look after their personal needs and assists with any concerns or worries.

Brookside is located 1 mile away from Stafford town with easy access to local amenities and all major motorways and rail routes.

At Brookside we are committed to providing a standard of care that embraces all the principles of excellent care home practices.

The resident's physical and spiritual wellbeing is at the heart of our plan of care which ultimately enables each resident to reach their desired goals and level of fulfilment in life.

We actively promote a happy working and living environment which is both professional, courteous and fun. We believe in respecting individual preferences whilst encouraging independence.

The applicant would be expected to assist with all aspects of the smooth and safe running of the home during the night.

The applicant should be of a kind and caring nature, enthusiastic and hard-working. NVQ 3 preferable and experience of medication administration

Hours:
The post is 22 hours to 33 hours per week.

The pay period is 4 weekly
