An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Support Officer to work within the Community Care Officer for a role.

The purpose of the role is to provide advcie, information and complete referrals eligible for Haringey residents and their carers.

Main Responsbilities:

It is envisaged that staff within First Response will also be able to initiate the following:
Refer to other agencies
Order equipment for clients (following training)
Amend referrals
Screen referrals to gather further information
To accurately record detailed referrals, specifying client's needs.
