The Role

As the Digital Analytics & Insight Specialist, you would support the Senior Digital Analytics & Insight Manager to define and develop analytics measures for their digital platforms and support the digital team with actionable insight and optimisation opportunities.

You'd be responsible for supporting the Digital teams through delivering regular website reporting, analysis and insight - that drives learnings and understandings of site behaviour and commercial performance.

You'd be providing regular website reports and insight to various levels of stakeholders across different functions in the business - including Merchandising, Content, Customer and Marketing.

What you'd be doing;

Drive the implementation of initiatives to increase the conversion rate across the relevant digital channels (mobile, tablet and desktop)
Using CMS to design and drive the optimisation/ UX for the relevant digital platforms that include user journeys and usability testing.
Working closely with the wider digital team to analyse and optimise all channels which drive traffic, to maximise learnings.
Understanding the emotions and motives of customers and endusers in their online journeys to create solutions which will enhance their experience.
Develop the experience space so that any element of any user journey is continuously at the forefront of any suggested changes
Compiling a comprehensive reporting system to understand and identify key areas on the website for improvement and feeding this back to highlevel stakeholders within the business including the Ecommerce Director and CEO.
