Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship - Campari
The Customer Relations & Supply Specialist is responsible for customer relation activities such as processing orders, responding to customer enquiries and resolves customer complaints.
They are also the point of contact for daily operational activities with Campari UK warehouse, production plants, third party logistics providers and customs brokers.
Apprenticeship Summary
- 37.5 hours per week
- You will spent 5 days a week in Campari's main office
- This is not a remote position
- Customer Service Specialist Level 2 Apprenticeship standard qualification
- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4/C and above or Level 2) essential
- Any successful applicant must complete a DBS check prior to start day
- 16 Months duration
- Must be over 18
Main Duties
- Responsible for taking orders from Customers
- Manage the full order cycle from order receipt to the invoicing
- Samples orders management
- Point of contact for daily operations with production plants, Campari UK warehouse and third party logistics providers
- Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams on specific orders (i.e. orders for promo activities) to ensure ontime delivery
- Process returns from Customers to Campari UK warehouse and issue credit notes to Customers
- Regular contact with Finance team, specifically Accounting, to review potential credit issues with customers

Training Provider:
LMP Education (All learning is delivered online/remote).
Completing Level 3 Customer Service Specialist.
All learning will be completed remotely via an online platform called Smart Assessor.
