This Financial Services client based in the West End of London (Oxford Circus) is a global commercial property investment business, part of a larger world renowned real estate business.
This Administration Assistant role based in the West End of London includes:
- Manage and distribute all incoming post and scan documents
- Support with diary management, travel arrangements and expenses
- Book domestic and international couriers
- Preparing and formatting documents and presentations
- Assist with meeting organisation including event planning and external meeting coordination
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Holiday cover for PA's and TA's within the business
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Administration Assistant would be:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office
- Excellent Time Management
- Good interpersonal skills
- Someone who is diligent, professional and conscientious always
- Ability to multitask
- Have a positive 'cando' attitude and be a team player who is happy to help when needed
- This position is an officebased role, the successful applicant must be available to work in London for 5 days per week
- Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative and professional culture for a regulated property investment business
