I have a great role for a QA Lead/ Test Lead to go in as the first QA for an awesome alternative lending startup based in Soho, in London (but part of a bigger organisation).

They are keen to create a brilliant and buzzy culture and would like people happyto come into their office in Soho 3 days a week.

They originally outsourced the development of their platform which is built on Azure with the Microsoft.
Net stack and they are now starting to bring the development team in-house.

They had a manual QA in their outsourced team (you'll get a 4-6 week knowledgetransfer handover with them) but they are now looking to bring in their very first in-house QA.

They want someone to essentially set up the QA process for them and get a proper test strategy and processes in place and get better test coverage across theirplatform.

You'll need to be happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the testing and they are also keen to get automation introduced across their product.

They have been looking at bdd and specflow along with selenium but you have the autonomy to decidewhat tools are the best tools for the job and what automation tools you would like to use.

Their ideal person will be an experienced QA with experience testing across the web and API's.

You'll need solid automation experience and be excited about going in as the first QA for the company and using your experience to get things done the right way.

Any Scrum master experience would also be useful as there is the opportunity to take on some of these responsibilities.

They would also especially love someone who has worked in a startup environment before with extra brownie points if it was a fintech.
