Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance.
You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional service experience.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the company database
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, are a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
