As a social housing landlord, we have over 5800 homes and understanding the issues that matter the most as well as engaging with and being accountable to those who rent homes from us is our priority.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Engagement Officer to lead a small and dedicated team to ensure customers are at the forefront of service delivery and decision making.

The successful applicant will have a genuine interest in developing links with our local communities and a background in Social Housing to champion the importance of building relationships with our tenants to ensure their voice is listened to.

As well as experience of customer and tenant engagement gained within a customer facing environment.

You will enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across a variety of service areas, responding flexibly to changing priorities to maximise meaningful outcomes for customers and clear measurable impact on service improvement.
