An exciting opportunity to work closely with the HR team to provide office admin / reception support to a busy successful manufacturing organisation based in LE3.


What we are looking for:


We are looking for an experienced administrator who is able to come in and hit the ground running, this role will be a busy role which will require you to be able to multitask as well as being able to complete duties to the highest standard.


Reception Duties:

  • Welcome and advise visitors to the site.
  • Manage visitor registration system
  • Answer and transfer phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and office deliveries
  • Ensure clients and visitors to the site feel welcomed and answer all their questions
  • Arrange lunch for customer meetings and board meetings
  • Manage general staff and visitor queries

Administration:

  • Order office stationary, refreshments and consumables
  • Create, maintain and regularly audit employee personnel files
  • Manage HR and Get in Touch mailbox
  • Manage and distribute access fobs and cards for all sites
  • Order branded equipment (Lanyards, bottles etc)
  • Support HR Generalist with recruitment administration
  • Posting Adverts, Prescreen, arranging interviews, rejections
  • Book rooms as requested
  • Equal Opportunities monitoring
  • HR Filing
  • Book probation checkin & reviews
  • Attend meetings as notetaker when required
  • Arrange adhoc social events

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
