Carpenter / Bench hand Joiner

Bespoke Concrete Products are a manufacturer of precast concrete products. We specialize in small batch orders and manufacture a variety of different products every day.


We are looking for a construction skilled joiner to work within our Patternshop team, to manufacture, setup, modify and repair timber, polyurethane and fiberglass moulds for concrete products.

  • Standard hours: Monday

  • Thursday 07:00 to 15:30. Friday 07:30 to 14:30
  • A competitive rate of pay with overtime available, starting from £26,000

What we look for:


  • Timber product construction experience, in a manufacturing environment or on site
  • Time served with competency in the manufacture of products made from timber
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Reliability
  • Keen to learn new skills & develop

What our ideal employee would offer:

  • 5 years plus experience in all forms of timber construction working with softwood, hardwood and sheet materials
  • Cabinet / furniture making
  • Mould making
  • General carpentry skills
  • Exemplary attendance, reliability and performance
  • Experience of supervising other staff
  • Experience of working on site as well as working in a workshop
  • Overhead crane and forklift truck experience, moving timber assemblies
  • A full driving license


Once new employees have completed a successful probation period (3 months) we also offer experience and training in other areas of the business, as our goal is to build a flexible workforce.
