Aspire People are recruiting for Primary Cover Supervisors in Leicester City, and Leicestershire for Mainstream primary schools across year groups from Year - Year 6.

The clients we are recruiting for have various roles part
- and full-time roles for classroom assistants, 121 support and intervention groups across year groups from EYFS
  • KS2.

The roles can vary from helping the classroom teacher with general class work to supporting and encouraging individuals or working with small groups of children with literacy, numeracy, reading, creative or languages.

The schools are seeking HLTAs that are confident, enthusiastic, passionate about education and wanting to make a difference especially returning to school after a very difficult year.


The successful cover supervisor must:

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant


  • CACHE Level

  • BA Education Studies
